Pamela Phillips has been in the real estate field for more than 15 years.  She currently lives in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, and she was born and raised in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.   Hampton Road area is a great place to live and work, so Pamela chose to call it home.  With roots in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Pam came to the area in December 2018.  Real estate is a passion for Pamela, and with her background in geology and environmental, it is easy to see why so many families called Pamela for help buying and selling.

Pamela has been a part of the Swell Real Estate family for more than eight months, but she isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home.  Pamela started as a real estate agent in the Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas area in 2008 and worked as an agent in Texas for six years.   Pamela has served the Civic League in Portsmouth, Virginia, and loves participating in other community events.

Pamela's passion is continuing to learn new things when she isn't in the office or volunteering; you'll often find her in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, or the Elizabeth City, North Carolina areas, enjoying time with her friends and family members.
