Matt Langan entered the real estate industry in 2016 serving as a marketing and technology consultant for a local franchise, helping agents with their marketing strategy and also leading the direction of the brokerage’s technology resources and lead acquisition.

Matt has 10+ years experience in online marketing and sales/business management, mostly pertaining to new business development and designing creative prospecting techniques for different verticals. His professional background includes leadership positions with Dominion Enterprises, helping consult marketing and development teams for large scale websites such as Homes.com, ForRent.com, Boats.com, and Cycle Trader, and as Sales Manager for YP.com’s Southeastern Virginia branch where he managed a large team of online marketing sales representatives in their initiative to increase new business sales and add to the existing book.

Matt has a strong passion for helping real estate agents stand out from one another by helping define and implement their own unique brand and marketing strategy as well as developing new “out of the box” techniques to prospect. His frequent training covers telephone prospecting, goal setting, SEO, social media, vendor relationship referrals, and online lead conversion.

Now as Managing Partner with Swell, Matt works in unison with Principal Broker Barry Asimos in developing an optimal environment for real estate professionals to practice their business!
